Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Cancellation & Appointment Policy
At Bella Galore Skin Lounge, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service and accommodate other clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted us, this will be treated as a no-show.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. However, arriving late may reduce your treatment time to ensure we can remain on schedule for other clients.
Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show, depending on the circumstances, and the appointment may need to be cancelled.
Deposits
Where a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment when sufficient notice is provided.
Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation prevents you from attending your appointment. Each situation will be considered fairly and at the discretion of Bella Galore Skin Lounge.
